Thank you for your interest in Grand County Christian Academy! We’re so grateful you’re here!

We strive to make the application process clear and straightforward for anyone looking to join our school family. Whether you’re exploring GCCA for the first time or preparing for re-enrollment, this page will walk you through each step with ease. Our goal is to support you from your initial inquiry to your child’s first day on campus, ensuring you have the information and confidence you need along the way.

The Enrollment Process

SCHEDULE A TOUR

To help you get a true sense of who we are, we encourage all families to schedule a campus tour. We would love the chance to meet you, answer your questions, and show you around. Tours typically last about an hour, and children are always welcome to join.

If your child would like an even deeper look at life at GCCA, we invite them to spend a shadow day or half day with us. They’ll have the opportunity to sit in on classes, interact with our students, get to know our teachers, and experience firsthand what it feels like to be part of the GCCA community.

FAMILY CONNECTION MEETING

As part of the admissions process, families meet with the Head of School for a personal interview. This special time allows us to get to know your family, understand your educational goals, and discuss how Grand County Christian Academy partners with parents to support students academically, spiritually, and relationally. It is also an opportunity for families to ask questions, learn more about our mission and values, and prayerfully discern whether GCCA is the right fit for their child.

ENROLLMENT

Following the family meeting and admissions decision, accepted families will receive an enrollment packet with next steps. This includes completing enrollment forms, submitting required documentation, and securing your child’s spot. Our admissions team is available to assist throughout this process and ensure a smooth transition as your family officially joins the Grand County Christian Academy community.

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

Families can pay tuition annually, semi-annually or via a 10 month or 12 month payment plan. Monthly disbursements are due on the 1st of each month. A substantial tuition discount is available to all families who register by May 1st. Additional financial aid and scholarships are also available. For more information on tuition and financial assistance, please visit our Tuition and Financial Aid and Scholarships pages. â€‹
